There are many benefits to having a massages and the more regular the better. We will begin with a consultation then 30, 60 or 120 minuets of treatment. Massages will reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, stimulate your lympathic system, aid relaxation, reduce stress, help with recovery, improve mobility and help with and prevent injuries. Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massages are great for a specific problem as I can work on an area of pain/injury or full body maintenance. Deep tissue helps with recovery and performance. I will be working with appropriate pressure into the muscles and connective tissues. As well as the physical effects you will also de stress, relax and sleep better.
Holistic & Relaxation
This technique focuses on full body. I will be working with light/medium pressure to completely relax the body and calm the mind. The pressure is used to soothe the nervous system reducing the heart rate and lowering the blood pressure creating a long lasting feeling of peace. This approach is great for a recovery, sleep, stress and circulation.
